Use this public form if you cannot sign in or no longer have the RequestIn app.

The quickest option is in the mobile app: open Account, select your Username, choose Delete Account, and confirm.
What deletion does
Deletion deactivates your account, removes or anonymizes identifying profile and payment-connection information, revokes active sessions, disables notification devices, and deletes personal repertoire lists.
Limited gig, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy.
