This promotion ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Requestin LLC ("RequestIn," "we," "our," or "us"), a company based in the State of Tennessee. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules ("Rules").
The Giveaway is open to bands and musicians with an active RequestIn account who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of RequestIn and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on June 16, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
No purchase is required from the participant. During the Promotion Period, each qualifying paid song request received by an eligible band through the RequestIn platform constitutes one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Customers who pay for requests are not participants in this Giveaway and do not gain entries by making a request.
There is no limit to the number of entries a band may accumulate during the Promotion Period. Entries are automatically recorded based on platform activity; no additional action is required by the band.
Entries that are fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise in violation of these Rules are void.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): approximately $250
No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is permitted except at RequestIn's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. RequestIn reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries after the close of the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by RequestIn or its designee. The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their RequestIn account within three (3) days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the notification within three (3) days of delivery or an alternate winner may be selected. RequestIn is not responsible for undeliverable notifications. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Rules, or declines the prize, RequestIn may select an alternate winner.
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner's consent to RequestIn's use of their name, city, state, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes in any media without further notice, compensation, or permission. The winner may request that their name not be used by contacting RequestIn at contact@requestin.net within seven (7) days of notification.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless RequestIn, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. RequestIn is not responsible for technical failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, network failures, or any other issues that may affect entry or notification.
RequestIn reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control that affects the integrity of the promotion. Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the Giveaway may result in disqualification and may be subject to legal action.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
